Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado will be hosting the 25^th Annual Tree of Memories Memorial Event. This is a remembrance ceremony where family and friends can honor those who have touched our lives.  The event is held in both Greeley and Windsor.

In Windsor on December 2^nd, at 6 pm at the Windsor Community Center located at 250 N. 11^th St. In Greeley on December 4^th, at 6 pm the Aims Corporate Education Center located at 5590 W. 11^th Street.
